Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (LinkedIn Ninja)
We are looking for a passionate recruiter who loves what they do and is committed to growing personally while helping others grow professionally. As part of our team, you’ll help build a world-class talent pipeline by sourcing, engaging, and closing top candidates — especially across tech roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and engage with qualified candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Write compelling outreach messages that spark real conversations
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and pipelines
- Schedule interviews and follow-ups in coordination with hiring managers
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand role requirements
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand that attracts top talent
Role Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Persian
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Boolean search, and candidate sourcing strategies
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Passionate about recruitment and building great teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably tech)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, Air table, or CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with international recruitment or headhunting
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Loom, and Calendly
- Understanding of employer branding and content-driven hiring strategies

Work Location & Schedule:
- Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran
- Workplace Policy: Full-Time - Onsite
- Worktime: Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 2 hours of flexibility
- Remote day: Tuesday
