شرح موقعیت
ما به دنبال یک کارآموز فعال و علاقه‌مند در حوزه مهندسی صنایع هستیم که آشنایی اولیه با مباحث کارسنجی و زمان‌سنجی داشته باشد و برای یادگیری فرآیندهای عملی در محیط واقعی سازمان انگیزه بالایی داشته باشد.
شرح وظایف
همکاری در انجام پروژه‌های کارسنجی و زمان‌سنجی فرآیندهای واحدهای عملیاتی
جمع‌آوری، ثبت و تحلیل داده‌های زمان‌سنجی
مشارکت در به‌روزرسانی استانداردهای زمان و شیوه‌های کاری
مطالعه و تهیه گزارش‌های اولیه از وضعیت بهره‌وری و ظرفیت
همکاری در پایش و مستندسازی فرآیندها
اجرای سایر وظایف مرتبط با بهبود فرآیندها زیر نظر سرپرست
شایستگی‌های عمومی
منظم، مسئولیت‌پذیر و دارای روحیه یادگیری
توانایی کار تیمی و رعایت اصول ارتباطی
دقت بالا در ثبت داده‌ها و توجه به جزئیات
توانایی مدیریت زمان و انجام کارها طبق برنامه
شایستگی‌های فنی
آشنایی پایه با مفاهیم کارسنجی، زمان‌سنجی و استانداردسازی کار
آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای آفیس (خصوصاً Excel)
درک اولیه از مفاهیم بهبود فرآیندها و بهره‌وری
توانایی گزارش‌نویسی فنی ساده
مزیت محسوب می‌شود: آشنایی اولیه با روش‌های مطالعه کار، نمودارهای فرایندی، یا دوره‌های مرتبط
کارآموزی منجر به استخدام خواهد شد.

Position Description
We are looking for an active and interested intern in the field of industrial engineering who has a basic knowledge of work measurement and time measurement topics and is highly motivated to learn practical processes in the real environment of the organization.
Duties
Cooperation in carrying out work measurement and time measurement projects of the processes of operational units
Collection, recording and analysis of time measurement data
Participation in updating time standards and work methods
Study and prepare initial reports on the utilization status Capacity and capacity
Collaboration in monitoring and documenting processes
Executing other tasks related to improving processes under the supervision of the supervisor
General competencies
Organized, responsible and having a learning spirit
Ability to work in a team and comply with communication principles
