کارشناس جذب و استخدام | Recruiter

• حداقل دو سال سابقه در حوزه منابع انسانی.
• آشنایی کامل با کانال‌های جذب به خصوص لینکدین.
• فن بیان مناسب.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• تسریع با دقت فرآیند جذب بر اساس رویه.
• تکمیل گزارشات و شاخص‌های جذب و استخدام.
• منبع‌یابی نیروهای پسیو با استفاده از منابع و سایت‌های مختلف از جمله لینکدین و پلتفرم‌های جذب.
• مدیریت مراحل مختلف فرآیند جذب از جمله غربالگری رزومه‌ها و هماهنگی مصاحبه‌های تخصصی و رفتاری.

شرایط سازمانی:

• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا سه‌شنبه از 8 تا 5؛ چهارشنبه‌ها از 8 تا 4؛ پنجشنبه‌ها و جمعه‌ها تعطیل؛ ساعات کاری شناور (سه ساعت در روز).
• فرصت یادگیری در بزرگترین سازمان تبلیغاتی ایران و همینطور کار در یکی از یادگیرنده‌ترین و خلاق‌ترین تیم‌های HR ایران.
• اتاق بازی، کتابخانه، رستوران و روف گاردن.
• کار در یک محیط پویا و خلاق.
• پزشک سازمانی، روانشناس سازمانی، هدایای مناسبی، پاداش‌های متعدد و غیره.

Responsibilities: * Accurately accelerating the recruitment process based on the procedure * Completing recruitment and recruitment reports and indicators * Sourcing passive staff using various sources and sites including LinkedIn and recruitment platforms br>* Management of various stages of the recruitment process, including screening of resumes, coordination of professional and behavioral interviews
> Conditions for certification:
* At least two years of experience in the field of human resources
* Full familiarity with the channels Recruiting, especially LinkedIn
* suitable expression technique

Organizational conditions:
* Saturday to Tuesday 8 to 5
* Wednesdays 8 to 4 - closed on Thursdays and Fridays
