کارشناس سرمایه گذاری و توسعه کسب وکار | Investment and Business Development Expert

شرح شغل:

• تحلیل و ارزیابی بازارهای موجود و جدید برای شناسایی فرصت‌های سرمایه‌گذاری.
• تهیه گزارش‌های توجیهی فنی و اقتصادی جهت ارائه به مافوق.
• ارزیابی و تحلیل صورت‌های مالی و اقتصادی پروژه‌ها.
• همکاری با سایر بخش‌ها برای تدوین برنامه های عملیاتی در پروژه های سرمایه‌گذاری.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی شیمی، مهندسی پلیمر، مهندسی مالی(ترجیحاً دانشگاه دولتی ـ روزانه).
• حداقل دو سال سابقه مرتبط (ترجیحاً در صنایع پتروشیمی).
• آشنایی با تحلیل صورت‌های مالی و اقتصادی.
• توانایی کار با نرم‌افزار کامفار.
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی در سطح متوسط به بالا.

The investment and business development expert in this company is responsible for analyzing the petrochemical industry, economic evaluation of projects and providing effective proposals for attracting capital. Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and evaluating existing and new markets to identify investment opportunities

- evaluation and analysis of financial and economic statements of projects
- use of Comfar software for financial modeling and economic analysis of projects

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering/Chemical-Polymer Engineering/Financial Engineering (preferably public university - full-time)
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience. preferably in petrochemical industries)
- familiarity with the analysis of financial and economic statements
- ability to work with Comfar software
- familiarity with English language at an intermediate to high level
