معاون منابع انسانی | Human Resources Deputy Director

مدیر منابع انسانی در هلدینگ مادر مال (مجتمع تجاری تفریحی)، واقع در خوزستان ـ شهر دزفول، مسئول توسعه و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌های منابع انسانی همسو با اهداف سازمان است. این نقش مستلزم توانایی در مدیریت فرآیندهای جذب، آموزش و توسعه نیروی انسانی و آشنایی کافی با قوانین کار و روابط صنعتی است. لازم به ذکر است که دفتر مرکزی در تهران ـ شهرک غرب است. 

شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر فرآیندهای جذب، نگهداشت و توسعه کارکنان.
• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های ارزیابی عملکرد.
• توسعه استراتژی‌های منابع انسانی همسو با اهداف سازمان.
• مدیریت روابط کارکنان و حل تعارضات سازمانی.
• طراحی سیستم‌های پاداش و انگیزشی.
• مدیریت تغییر و تحول سازمانی.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در مدیریت منابع انسانی.
• حداقل ده سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• مسلط به فرآیندهای جذب، آموزش و توسعه نیروی انسانی.
• آشنایی با قوانین کار و روابط صنعتی.
• مهارت در مدیریت تغییر و تحول سازمانی.

The Director of Human Resources at Mal Mother Holding (Recreational Trading Complex) in Khuzestan, Dezful, is responsible for the development and implementation of human resource strategies in line with the goals of the organization. This role requires the ability to manage the recruitment, training and development processes and to be familiar with labor laws and industrial relations. It should be noted that the head office is located in Tehran West Town.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the Recruitment, Maintenance and Development Processes of employees
- Design and Implementation of Performance Evaluation Systems
- Developing Human Resources Strategies in line with the organization's goals
MSc in Human Resources Management
- at least 10 years of relevant work experience
- Mastery of recruitment, training and human resource development processes
- Introduction to Labor Laws and Industrial Relations
- Skills in Organizational Change Management
