شرح شغل و مسئولیت‌ها:
بررسی و ارزیابی مدارک متقاضیان
تکمیل فرم‌ها و مستندسازی دقیق پرونده‌های ویزا (با تمرکز بر انگلستان و حوزه شنگن)
پیگیری مراحل مختلف پرونده تا اخذ نتیجه
برقراری ارتباط موثر با متقاضیان و پاسخ‌گویی به سوالات
هماهنگی با کارگزاری‌ها و سایر مراجع مرتبط
شرایط احراز:
آشنایی کامل با فرایند اخذ ویزای انگلستان
آشنایی با فرایندهای ویزای حوزه شنگن (مزیت رقابتی)
دارای دقت بالا و توجه به جزئیات
مسئولیت‌پذیری و پیگیری تا حصول نتیجه
هوش و تحلیل مناسب در مواجهه با چالش‌ها
توانایی کار در محیط منظم و ساختارمند

Coordinating with agencies and other relevant authorities
Requirements for obtaining:
Complete familiarity with the obtaining process UK Visa
Familiarity with the visa processes of the Schengen area (competitive advantage)
High accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibility and follow-up until the result is achieved
Intelligence and proper analysis in the face of challenges
