Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Mid-Level Scrum Master to lead and mentor Agile teams, ensuring effective application of Scrum principles to drive high-performing product development. The ideal candidate is a servant-leader, skilled in facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)
- Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and Agile team members
- Act as a servant leader for Agile teams, promoting self-organization
- Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team performance
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are well-groomed and prioritized
- Track team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) and suggest improvements
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high delivery standards
- Align with engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure cross-functional coordination
- Help the organization scale Agile best practices beyond team level
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior or coaching role
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM II/III, or SAFe Scrum Master) is plus
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Experience working in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.)
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
