The mission of the Data Scientist in our CRM team is to leverage data and analytical thinking to shape the company's product and business decisions. By applying machine learning techniques and algorithms, the Data Scientist will identify opportunities, recommend solutions, design experiments, and measure impact, ultimately driving improved campaign performance and decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities:Analytical Insight: Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, guiding CRM strategy and business decisions.Model Development: Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models using advanced machine learning techniques to enhance internal and external products.Data Integration: Identify, integrate, and clean diverse data sources to improve modeling, analysis, and decision-making.Experimentation & Measurement: Design, analyze, and evaluate A/B tests and other experimental setups to measure impact and inform future strategies.Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on machine learning and predictive modeling, sharing knowledge with cross-functional teams.Python & SQL Proficiency: Write efficient Python code for analysis and modeling; design complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational and non-relational databases.RequirementsExperience:2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.Technical Skills:Advanced Python programming and data analysis skillsStrong SQL expertise for complex data manipulationHands-on experience in machine learning and predictive modelingSoft Skills:Analytical Mindset and detail-orientedTeam-oriented with excellent collaboration skillsAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesFlexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
