About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join Barnabus as a Global Partnerships Liaison.
This is a high-impact role working directly with our leadership team to accelerate strategic relationships across the world.
You will be at the center of communication with hospitals, ministries, universities, research institutions, and private partners globally. Your presence, intelligence, and confidence will shape how the world experiences Barnabus.
This is not an administrative role.
This is a global-facing position where you become the engine behind major partnerships, researching, preparing, coordinating, and driving momentum while leadership steps in to close and finalize deals.
What You Will Do
• Represent Barnabus in global partner communication
• Coordinate directly with ministries, hospitals, universities, and high-profile stakeholders
• Prepare research briefs, partnership summaries, and strategic insights
• Maintain active follow-ups and ensure conversations never lose momentum
• Join high-level calls and hold the room with confidence and professionalism
• Work closely with leadership to evaluate new opportunities and filter the right relationships
• Lead outreach efforts in different regions and manage incoming inquiries
• Support the decision-making process through clear communication and structured analysis
• Handle sensitive discussions with maturity and confidentiality
• Travel internationally when needed to represent Barnabus in person

• Ability to navigate cultural nuances across EMENA, Europe, North America, and beyond
• Experience in partnerships, international relations, strategic communication, or global operations
• Comfortable speaking with senior-level figures: ministers, CEOs, directors, researchers
Educational Background
A degree in one of the following is preferred (not mandatory if experience is exceptional):
• Business Administration
• International Relations or Global Affairs
• Communications / Public Relations
• Political Science
• Public Health or Healthcare Administration
• Marketing / Strategic Communications
Ideal Experience
• Worked in international environments
• Global client or executive-facing roles
• High-pressure responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Experience in diplomacy, partnerships, PR, or strategic operations
