شرح وظایف :
1. مشارکت در طراحی چرخه کامل سفارش فروش و خرید (از درخواست تا تحویل و فاکتور) در سیستم Dynamics 365 F&O
2. شرکت در جلسات شناسایی و ارزیابی ریسک فرآیندها و تدوین ساختار کنترلی لازم، پایش و تحلیل شاخص های فرآیندی
3. تنظیم و پیکربندی و پایش سناریوهای کاری در ماژول های sales/inventory/warehouse/procurement/product information management
4. تحلیل، طراحی و مستندسازی فرآیندهای فروش، خرید، انبار و مدیریت موجودی
5. آموزش کاربران کلیدی و نهایی، تهیه اسلایدهای آموزشی و راهنمایی ها مرحله به مرحله
6. تعامل مستمر با تیم فنی و توسعه برای پیاده سازی تغییرات و توسعه های جدید
7. همکاری در برنامه ریزی و اجرای تست های سیستمی و کاربردی (UAT/SIT) و پیگیری خطاها تا رفع نهایی

Description of duties:
1. Participation in the design of the complete sales and purchase order cycle (from request to delivery and invoice) in the Dynamics 365 F&O system
2. Participating in process risk identification and assessment meetings and developing the necessary control structure, monitoring and analyzing process indicators
3. Setting and configuring and monitoring work scenarios in sales/inventory/warehouse/procurement/product information management modules
4. Analysis, design and documentation of sales, purchase, warehouse and inventory management processes
5. Training of key and end users, preparation of educational slides and step-by-step instructions
6. Continuous interaction with the technical and development team to implement changes and new developments
7. Cooperation in planning and execution of system and application tests (UAT/SIT) and tracking errors until final resolution
