Responsibilities
- Developing the employer's EVP
- Actively benchmark and utilize market research
- Work with a broad variety of channels with a range of internal and external strategic employer branding communication plans/activities.
- Internally this role is responsible for internal events, campaigns, and activities
- Creating content related to employee experience, company culture, diversity, perks, and recruiting
- Preparing EB content: visuals, blog posts, and other marketing materials,
- Design, execute and evaluate digital marketing strategies and social media campaigns to advance reach and engagement among key talent demographics
- Produce authentic stories, brand assets and narratives to elevate our employer brand
- Pursue external partnerships to expand touchpoints with prospective talent pools
- Make sure that internal events, campaigns, and activities are effective and sadad guys are engaged with them.
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral English language skills.
- Know how to write EB-related content in a clear and concise manner,
- Have basic experience in creating social media content and campaigns,
- Experience in designing and conducting candidate-driven events,
- Have analytical skills and experience in monitoring measurable metrics,
- Some experience with brand visual identification or cooperation with creative agencies,
- Proven experience in branding, communications, marketing, etc.
- Proven record of organizing and planning successful events.
- Expert in designing communication plans.
- Familiar with public relation.
- Copy-writing skills.
- Solid knowledge of the employer branding methodology and the most efficient practices.
- Insights to recruitment marketing and talent acquisition tactics.
