We run a high-volume content operation: writers, editors, and creative talent producing short-form + long-form pieces weekly.
You’ll be the system owner — responsible for planning, assigning, tracking, and ensuring every piece ships on time.
Your job: build and run the machine that makes content happen.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage daily/weekly content production systems (Taskulu,Telegram).
- Ensure 100% of tasks are completed on time and meet spec — no drift, no excuses.
- Lead and hold accountable a remote team of writers and editors.
- Run daily standups and weekly reporting.
- Track KPIs: content volume, task completion rate, engagement metrics.
- Audit processes weekly — find bottlenecks, fix them fast.
- Report directly to the founder with performance updates and process improvements.
