کارشناس ارشد حسابداری فروش صادرات | Senior Export Sales Accountant

شما به عنوان یک حسابدار ارشد فروش صادراتی، مسئولیت مدیریت کلیه عملیات حسابداری مربوط به معاملات فروش صادراتی را بر عهده خواهید داشت. این موقعیت مستلزم درک قوی فرآیندهای صادرات، تجربه در حسابداری فروش بین‌المللی و مهارت کامل به زبان انگلیسی است.

*مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

• ثبت، تأیید و تطبیق فاکتورهای فروش صادراتی و اسناد پشتیبان
• نظارت بر دریافتنی‌های صادراتی و اطمینان از شناسایی دقیق درآمدها و همکاری با تیم‌های مالی معتبر، صادرات و پرداخت داده
• تهیه گزارش ماهانه عملکرد فروش صادراتی و وضعیت مطالبات
• اطمینان از انطباق با اصول حسابداری و مقررات مالی صادرات
• کمک به حسابرسی و ارائه اسناد مربوط به صادرات در صورت لزوم

*نیازها:

• لیسانس یا فوق لیسانس در حسابداری، امور مالی، یا کارشناسی ارشد انگلیسی در زمینه های مرتبط با صادرات
• حسابداری مرتبط
• حسابداری صادراتی
• حداقل (چه نوشتاری و چه گفتاری)
• مسلط به نرم افزار اکسل و حسابداری (ترجیحاً تجربه sap)
• جزئیات گرا، مسئولیت پذیر و تحلیلی
• مهارت های ارتباطی و کار گروهی قوی

As a Senior Export Sales Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all accounting operations related to export sales transactions. This position requires a strong understanding of export processes, experience in international sales accounting, and full proficiency in English.

*Key Responsibilities:

• Record, verify, and reconcile export sales invoices and supporting documents
• Monitor export receivables and ensure accurate revenue recognition
• Collaborate with export, logistics, and finance teams to validate shipment and payment data
• Prepare monthly reports on export sales performance and receivables status
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and export financial regulations
• Assist in audits and provide export-related documentation when required

*Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in export sales accounting
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (SAP experience preferred)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and analytical
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
