We are looking for a Field Sales Central Manager with strong analytical thinking, a high ownership mindset, and proven leadership capability to take full responsibility for regional sales performance in Tehran and target cities — from building and leading a high-performing team to expanding market share and delivering ambitious growth targets.
Drive sustainable regional growth by building a strong sales organization, unlocking market opportunities, and ensuring full achievement of assigned KPIs.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing regional field sales team
Monitor sales performance and provide structured feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans
Design and execute structured market visit plans to:
Identify performance gaps
Capture growth opportunities
Analyze competitors
Evaluate city-level and individual sales performance
Expand into new cities and provinces and define clear regional growth roadmaps
Own and deliver regional sales targets and all assigned KPIs
Manage sales contracts and related financial processes
Collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, and Data teams to drive performance
Execute regional marketing campaigns effectively and ensure field alignment
Lead regular review meetings with key accounts and top sellers
Deliver weekly and monthly analytical reports with actionable insights and improvement recommendations
4–7 years of experience in field sales
Solid experience in FMCG or similar B2B industries
Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving challenging targets
Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven decision-making ability
Excellent negotiation and key account management capabilities
Deep understanding of market dynamics, competition, and consumer behavior
High level of ownership and ability to operate independently
Strong communication skills and the ability to build an effective regional network
