Location: Remote
Commitment: Full-time (contract-to-hire or permanent)
THE OPPORTUNITY
- We are sitting on a goldmine of content, raw IP, YouTube videos, high-performing client wins, b-roll, podcast interviews, coaching calls, and more.
- We have a bold brand, proven results, and serious momentum.
- Now we need someone to turn all of that into a scalable content machine.
This role is not for a content coordinator.
This is for someone who thinks like a growth operator, executes like a machine, and is ready to own the behind-the-scenes system that powers a high-performance, founder-led brand.
If you are obsessed with AI workflows, performance content, YouTube analytics, and cross-platform distribution and want to work closely with a founder on the edge of major growth, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will be the central operator behind our content machine, managing content production, distribution, repurposing, and platform performance.
You will manage the team (video, design, editing) and the systems (Trello, ManyChat, MailerLite, analytics) that keep everything moving.
You will mine content from coaching calls, Fireflies transcripts, YouTube videos, old IP, and turn it into repeatable, platform-native content formats across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and email.
You will treat the YouTube channel like a product; using data to optimise titles, thumbnails, content formats, and publishing cadence.
You will report on performance weekly, keep the team on track, and make sure the founder is never the bottleneck.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Execution
- Publish 2 plus posts per day across 3 Instagram accounts, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Manage the full content calendar
- Coordinate deadlines and delivery with video, design, and editors
AI-Powered Repurposing
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Descript, Opus Clip, Fireflies, and Castmagic to mine content and repurpose into:
- Short-form video
- Quote posts
- Carousels
- Email copy
- Hooks and captions
YouTube Channel Management
- Monitor and report on video performance (CTR, AVD, retention, traffic sources)
- Optimise titles, thumbnails, and formats
- Proactively suggest content angles based on audience data
Distribution and Campaign Coordination
- Ensure every YouTube video is supported by Shorts, Reels, TikToks, and email pushes
- Maintain DM automation flows in ManyChat
- Align email campaigns in MailerLite with content calendar
Performance Reporting
- Deliver a weekly content performance report (what is working, what is not, what is next)
- Track and analyse content KPIs across platforms
- Recommend optimisations for every channel
Team Management and Accountability
- Set and track content deadlines for editors
- Run weekly check-ins to unblock workflow
- Hold the team (and founder) accountable to content KPIs
