- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), Generate reports on metrics and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making and process improvements.
- Track, analyze and Compile regular reports of performance and results and document them.
- Conduct root cause analysis for sales performance deviations from the targets.
- Develop different types of dashboards for monitoring team performances.
- Analyze and provide valuable insights about targeting and bonus models of sales teams.
- Determine monthly sales target.
- Determine monthly and seasonally bonus payments of sales agents.
- Design and follow up lead collection projects.
- Working closely with other related teams in order to obtain the best results.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Excel,Google Sheets and SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Data- Driven and result oriented skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid documentation and presentation skills.
