About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Manager with deep expertise in eCRM and Marketing Automation and a proven track record of developing marketing strategies for ventures within a super app ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple verticals, aligning with our company's goals and vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advanced eCRM strategies to enhance customer lifecycle management, ensuring optimal segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Drive engagement through data-driven email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging campaigns.
  • Analyze eCRM campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to different ventures within the super app.
  • Identify key market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, and operations) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Drive innovative campaigns to increase user acquisition, reduce churn, and enhance lifetime value (LTV).
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and ROI.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Enhance the overall brand positioning of the super app in target markets.
  • Leverage analytics tools to derive insights and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in eCRM and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in managing joint campaigns across ventures.
  • Proven experience in designing marketing strategies for digital platforms, especially super apps or similar ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Web Engage).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience working with startups or multi-venture environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
