شرح شغل:

• کنترل و پیگیری فرآیند خرید خارجی صفر تا صد (سفارش‌گذاری تا تحویل انبار).
• هماهنگی با فورواردر و پیگیری حمل بار تا رسیدن به انبار، انجام کلیه امور مربوط به بازرسی و ترخیص کالا و اظهار گمرکی در سامانه TTAC.
• یافتن تأمین‌کنندگان جدید (مواد اولیه و بسته‌بندی) و ارزیابی آن‌ها بر اساس قیمت، کیفیت، خدمات و قابلیت اطمینان.
• کنترل اسناد و اطمینان از وجود کلیه اطلاعات و اسناد مورد نیاز.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به منبع‌یابی مواد اولیه.
• آشنایی با فرایندهای بازرگانی خارجی در صنعت دارو (ثبت سفارش، امور بانکی، خرید ارز و غیره).
• داشتن روحیه تعامل و پیگیری بالا.
• سابقه کاری در شرکت‌های دارویی.
• تسلط کافی به زبان انگلیسی.

Find new suppliers (raw materials and packaging ) And evaluating them based on price, quality, service and reliability.
Document control and assurance of all required information and documents. Pharmaceutical Industry (Order Registration, Banking, Currency Purchase, etc.).
