مدیر بازاریابی | Marketing Manager

شرح وظایف:

• هم‌راستا کردن اهداف مارکتینگ با استراتژی کلان شرکت.
• حفظ هویت برند در تمام پلتفرم‌های تحت اختیار.
• اطلاع‌رسانی به موقع جهت شناسایی ریسک‌ها.
• بررسی نیازهای طراحی شرکت و ایده‌پردازی در تولید طرح‌ها.
• هدف‌گذاری با توجه به سیاست‌ها و اهداف شرکت در رابطه با تولید محتوا.
• تولید محتوای تبلیغاتی برای انتشار در شبکه‌های اجتماعی و اجرای کمپین‌ها.
• ارائه طرح‌های خلاقانه و نوآورانه در جهت اهداف تبلیغاتی شرکت.
• ارائه راهکارهای جدید در حوزه دیجیتال مارکتینگ، بهبود فرآیندها، آینده‌نگری و تحولات بازار.
• ارائه اهداف بازاریابی شرکت، پایش مستمر وضعیت پیشرفت برنامه‌های بازاریابی و نظازت مستمر بر تحقق آن‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به مفاهیم بازاریابی و تبلیغات.
• تفکر استراتژیک.
• توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده.
• مسلط به بازاریابی دیجیتال و آشنایی با ابزارهای مرتبط.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی. 
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 

• Align marketing goals with the company's overall strategy.
  Maintain brand identity across all platforms under control.
  Provide timely information to identify risks.
  Review the company's design needs and brainstorm ideas for producing designs.
  Set goals regarding content production according to the company's policies and goals.
  Produce advertising content for publication on social networks and implement campaigns.
  Present creative and innovative plans for the company's advertising goals.
  Present new solutions in digital marketing, improving processes, foresight, and market developments.
  Present the company's marketing goals, continuously monitoring the progress of marketing plans, and continuously supervising their implementation.

Requirements:

• Proficient in marketing and advertising concepts.
• Strategic thinking.
• Ability to analyze data.
• Proficient in digital marketing and familiarity with related tools.
• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• Minimum five years of work experience in a related field.
