• ارائه پشتیبانی فنی برای سیستم های ERP.
• کاربران نهایی را در مورد عملکرد سیستم ERP آموزش دهید. پروژه ها. مهارت در SQL و سایر ابزارهای مدیریت بانک اطلاعاتی.
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای تجاری در امور مالی ، زنجیره تأمین و منابع انسانی.

• Provide technical support for ERP systems.
• Train end-users on ERP system functionalities.
• Identify, assess, and assist in resolving issues, disputes, and risks in excellence plans and improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate and guarantee effective communication with end users.
• Assist in the development of ERP-related policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits.
• Provide support for ERP-related projects.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes.
• Perform system upgrades and maintenance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in ERP support or a similar position.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
• Familiarity with business processes in finance, supply chain, and human resources.
