We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our data team and transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business and product decisions. You’ll work with product, business, and data teams to define metrics, design analyses, and uncover opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with data, product, and business teams to understand objectives and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
- Conduct thorough data analyses to identify key patterns, trends, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, working with analytical tools and large-scale databases.
- Design and manage statistical experiments to evaluate the impact of product features and business initiatives.
- Define, monitor, and analyze business KPIs, metrics, and OKRs to support strategic decision-making.
- Use data storytelling techniques to present insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics contribute meaningfully to product and business growth.
Qualifications:
- +3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Metabase and Trino.
- Strong knowledge of database systems, including Clickhouse
- Solid background in statistics, experimental design, and A/B testing.
- Experience in problem-solving and developing analytical solutions using Python.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytical insights.
- Familiarity with data pipeline technologies such as Airflow is plus.
