Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic and Video Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop (including the latest AI-powered features), proven experience in branding, logo design, social media content creation, and the ability to produce engaging videos that effectively showcase our projects and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality visuals for social media platforms, branding campaigns, and digital marketing assets.
• Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides.
• Utilize Photoshop AI tools to streamline workflows and generate innovative designs.
• Produce and edit videos to present projects, campaigns, and brand stories in compelling ways.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between creative assets and business objectives.
• Adapt designs for diverse platforms, including web, mobile, print, and social media.
• Stay informed on design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and best practices in visual communication.
• Prepare final artwork for digital and print production, including offset printing.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including AI-powered features.
• Proven experience in branding, logo design, and social media content creation.
• Hands-on expertise in video production and editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Proficiency with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a strong plus).
• Familiarity with designing for print/offset production and preparing print-ready files.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to balance creativity with strategic brand consistency.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing branding, logo, social media, video, and print projects is required.
