Qualifications:
Having 6 years of relevant work experience.
At least a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil engineering, etc.
Having knowledge about HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Able to work with Microsoft Office, proficiency.
Having a sense of urgency and an accurate approach to Crisis management.
Having good problem-solving and Communication skills.
Experienced in working with facility management software (e.g., CMMS) in advantage.
