Job description: - Calculation of performance and ensuring the complete and accurate execution of the calculation process - Ensuring the timely completion of processes and correspondence related to social security and supplementary insurance - Compilation, updating and implementation Creating internal regulations and procedures
- Completing and updating personnel files, personnel contracts and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Managing activities related to starting work, settlement and termination of personnel service
- Issuing administrative letters related to personnel in Farsi and English
- Preparation of human resources reports in English
- Participation in the process of hiring and training colleagues
Abilities required:
- About 3 years of work experience in the field of human resources and administration
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, management or related fields
- Proficiency in office software, especially Excel
- Familiarity with labor law and Social Security
- Familiarity with traffic modules, recruiting and service compensation, system solutions
- Ability to work with quantitative information and strong analytical power
- Confidential and sensitive about employees' confidential information
- High communication skills To interact with employees and teammates
- Results oriented and accurate
- Good English especially writing and reading
