What is your role

• Strong communication skills with the ability to justify your conceptual and directional design choices. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Strong collaboration and interdependence skills both within design and with brand managers. Experience collaborating across geographies and organizational boundaries is a plus.
• Outstanding project management skills, ability to lead multiple programs and handle complexity with confidence.
• Proven time management skills, ability to set priorities, and accountability from concept to final design delivery.
• Self-motivated and eager to take initiative, able to work independently while also engaging and communicating in a dynamic team and organization.
• Able to operate and thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments, with clear goals and clear priorities
• Curious to grow, to take creative direction, and to respond positively to feedback. 
• Report to the marketing manager.

What you need to succeed

• Currently pursuing a degree or higher majoring in graphic design.
• Experience and passion for typography, and layouts.
• Proficient in creative software like Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, and bonus for knowing other graphic design software.
• A strong design portfolio that best demonstrates your design skills
• Possesses creative flair, coupled with versatility and adaptability.
• To be able to participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• A self-starter and a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Respect tight timelines and schedules.
• Good proficiency in communication in English.
• Ideal age range: 25 to 38 years old.
