This is a remote position. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Teacher Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our teachers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Supply-Demand Balance: Monitor and analyze supply and demand trends to ensure optimal teacher availability.
• Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews for new teacher candidates, potentially involving current teachers in the process.
• Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to improve teacher retention and satisfaction.
• Professional Development: Identify opportunities for teachers’ improvement and encourage participation in training sessions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve platform goals and foster a supportive community among teachers.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in account management, supply chain management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Passion for education and supporting teachers.
