Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis & Modeling:
o Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights using Python and Pandas.
o Develop and implement advanced data models to support business objectives in q-commerce and e-commerce.
o Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation to ensure high data quality.
• Machine Learning & AI:
o Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and customer behavior analysis using Scikit-Learn and ther ML frameworks.
o Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.
o Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT or similar frameworks for natural language processing (NLP), text classification, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI solutions.
• Software Engineering & API Development:
o Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into production systems.
o Develop and maintain APIs using FastAPI to support data-driven applications and services.
o Adhere to clean code principles to ensure readable, maintainable, and scalable code.
o Apply clean architecture practices to create a well-structured and modular codebase.
• Data Pipeline & Workflow Management:
o Develop and manage data pipelines using Apache Airflow to ensure reliable data flow and automation of data processing tasks.
• Database Management:
o Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
o Design and manage relational databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Containerization & Deployment:
o Utilize Docker for containerization of applications and ensure seamless deployment across various environments.
o Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing processes.
• Data Visualization & Reporting:
o Create interactive and insightful dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators and metrics.
o Communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Education:
o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and scripting.
o Advanced knowledge of data manipulation and analysis using Pandas.
o Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
o Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and principles.
o Hands-on experience with FastAPI for building and deploying APIs.
o Experience with Apache Airflow for developing and managing data pipelines.
o Solid software engineering skills, including knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and code optimization.
o Familiarity with Docker for containerization and deployment.
o Expertise in creating data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
o Commitment to clean code principles and practices.
o Understanding and application of clean architecture principles.
• Domain Knowledge:
o Understanding of q-commerce and e-commerce industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the q-commerce or e-commerce sector.
