شرح شغل
1. نظارت بر عملیات روزمره شرکت
• اطمینان از اینکه فعالیت‌های روزانه مطابق با اهداف استراتژیک شرکت پیش می‌روند.
• هماهنگی بین واحدهای مختلف مانند منابع انسانی، مالی، بازاریابی، تولید و فناوری اطلاعات.
• رفع موانع اجرایی که در جریان فعالیت‌های روزمره به وجود می‌آیند.

2. اجرای استراتژی‌های سازمان
• تبدیل اهداف استراتژیک شرکت (که توسط مدیرعامل یا هیئت‌مدیره تدوین می‌شود) به برنامه‌های عملیاتی.
• همکاری با مدیران میانی برای پیاده‌سازی این برنامه‌ها.
• ارائه گزارش‌های عملکرد و پیشرفت به مدیریت ارشد.

3. بهینه‌سازی فرآیندها و بهره‌وری
• شناسایی نقاط ضعف در فرآیندهای سازمانی و بهبود آن‌ها.
• نظارت بر KPI‌ها و شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد.
• استفاده از فناوری و اتوماسیون برای افزایش کارایی.

4. مدیریت منابع انسانی و تیم‌ها

• تجربه در مدیریت مالی و بودجه‌بندی‌های کلان.
• سابقه کار با هیئت مدیره و سهامداران.
