Social Media Specialist

We at the Public Relations and Advertising team of Behpardakht Mellat are looking for a creative, data-driven, up-to-date Social Media Specialist with strong teamwork skills.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the brand’s social media platforms on a daily basis, designing content calendars, engaging with the audience, and monitoring the digital space to analyze feedback and public perception. Proficiency in using professional social listening tools and analyzing media data to provide accurate, actionable reports is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and others) on a daily basis
• Design and implement a content calendar aligned with PR plans and promotional campaigns
• Monitor, engage with, and guide user interactions across social media platforms
• Execute Social Listening processes to identify feedback, analyze sentiment, and evaluate the brand’s online presence
• Use tools such as Keral, Newshub, and other monitoring platforms to extract data and analyze user behavior
• Create or coordinate the production of content (text, image, video) tailored for each platform
• Provide monthly analytical reports on social media performance and listening insights to the PR team
• Track digital trends and propose creative solutions to enhance the brand’s social media presence

Requirements:

• University degree in Media Management, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media management and digital media analysis
• Proficiency in social listening and monitoring tools such as Keral, Newshub, Mention, or similar platforms
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and deliver actionable insights
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop
• Fluency in Persian and working proficiency in English (to follow global trends and reporting standards)
• Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and excellent digital communication abilities
