سابقه کار در صنعت لوازم خانگی الزامی است؛

شرح شغل و وظایف:

• نظارت بر عملیات روزانه تولید کارخانه و فرایندهای تولید جهت دستیابی به اهداف مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی تولید و مسئولیت نظارت بر کنترل کیفیت محصولات.
• زمان‌سنجی تولید و گزارش‌های تولید روزانه به مدیریت.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با فرایند حوزه صنایع لوازم خانگی.
• آشنایی با قطعات الکتریکی.
• آشنایی با فرایندهای ساخت و تولید.
• آشنایی با مباحث کنترل کیفیت.
• آشنایی با اصول سرپرستی و ارتباط با پرسنل.
• آشنایی با اندازه‌گیری بهره‌وری تولید و زمان‌سنجی عملیات.
• خلاقیت در ساخت ابزارها و بهبود فرایند تولید.
• مسلط به مدیریت برنامه‌ریزی.
• توانایی کنترل تولید و کنترل موجودی.
• توانایی استفاده ار نقشه‌های فنی و مستندات مهندسی مانند BOM-OPC.
• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی برق، مهندسی الکترونیک، مهندسی صنایع یا مدیریت.
• ترجیحاً تجربه کاری در صنعت لوازم خانگی (تلویزیون، کولر گازی، اسپیکر).
• محدوده سنی: 35 تا 50 سال.
• حداقل 15 سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط؛ حداقل 5 سال تجربه سرپرستی خط تولید.
• روابط عمومی بالا.
• اعتماد به نفس و قدرت تصمیم‌گیری و رهبری.
