شرح مسئولیتها
مدیریت کامل چرخه عملیات حسابداری (ثبت اسناد، اصلاح حسابها، بستن حسابها، ماهانه و سالانه)
تهیه صورتهای مالی شامل ترازنامه، صورت سود و زیان و جریان وجوه نقد
مدیریت حسابهای دریافتنی، پرداختنی، حقوق و دستمزد و داراییهای ثابت
مدیریت امور مالیاتی (ارزش افزوده، عملکرد، حقوق و دستمزد) و ارسال گزارشهای قانونی
همکاری با حسابرسان مستقل و مشاوران مالی
تهیه گزارشهای تحلیلی و مدیریتی برای تصمیمگیری
مدیریت بودجه و برنامهریزی مالی
طراحی و نظارت بر کنترلهای داخلی
رهبری، آموزش و ارزیابی عملکرد تیم حسابداری
نظارت بر عملکرد نرمافزارهای مالی و بهبود فرآیندها
همکاری نزدیک با واحدهای فروش و عملیات
مهارتها و شایستگیها
تسلط بر اصول و استانداردهای حسابداری (ایران و IFRS)
تسلط بر بستن حسابها و تهیه صورتهای مالی پایه و تلفیقی
تسلط بر حسابداری بهای تمامشده کالای بازرگانی
تسلط بر قوانین مالیاتی، قانون کار و تأمین اجتماعی
تسلط بر سامانه مودیان و سامانه جامع تجارت
آشنایی با قوانین صادرات و واردات
تسلط کامل بر نرمافزار سپیدار و Excel
توان مدیریت تیم، تصمیمگیری مؤثر، دقت و مسئولیتپذیری
توان برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و مدیریت زمان
شرایط احراز
حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته حسابداری یا مدیریت مالی
حداقل 7 سال سابقه کاری مرتبط
حداقل 2 تا 3 سال سابقه مدیریتی یا سرپرستی تیم حسابداری
سابقه فعالیت در شرکتهای بازرگانی مزیت محسوب میشود

Key Responsibilities
Full management of the accounting operation cycle (document registration, adjustments, monthly and yearly closing)
Preparation of financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow
Management of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Fixed Assets
Management of tax affairs (VAT, corporate income tax, payroll tax) and submission of statutory reports
Cooperation with external auditors and financial consultants
Preparation of analytical and managerial financial reports for decision-making
Budget management and financial planning
Design and supervision of internal controls
Leadership, training, and performance evaluation of the accounting team
Supervision of financial software performance and improvement of financial processes
Close collaboration with Sales and Operations teams
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Standards (Iranian GAAP & IFRS)
Expertise in Closing Procedures and preparation of basic and consolidated financial statements
Proficiency in Trading Cost Accounting
Full knowledge of Tax Regulations, Labor Law, and Social Security Law
Proficiency in the Tax System (Samaneh Modian) and Comprehensive Trade System
Familiarity with Export & Import Regulations
Full proficiency in Sepidar Accounting Software and Advanced Excel
Strong team management, decision-making, accuracy, and accountability
Effective communication and time management skills
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management
At least 7 years of relevant work experience
At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role
Experience in trading companies is considered a strong advantage
