Implement, install, and maintain user equipment (systems, laptops, software, security and management tools)
Manage and monitor system health through Endpoint Management tools
Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues — both onsite and remotely
Record and document requests, issues, and actions in Jira
Participate in analyzing and resolving recurring incidents (Problem Management)
Maintain and update the Knowledge Base and ensure SLA compliance
Collaborate with the Security and Network teams to resolve critical incidents
Provide on-call support during non-working hours when required
Strong command of Windows 10/11, with good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
Familiarity with Remote Support, Endpoint Management, and Ticketing Systems
Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network devices
Proficiency in documentation and working with Knowledge Bases
Understanding of SLA, OLA, and ITIL concepts (a plus)
Team spirit, effective communication, and strong time-management skills
