Responsibilities

• Partner with the Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers to shape user experiences across our products.
• Take ownership of problems end-to-end — from framing the challenge, researching, and ideating to delivering high-quality designs.
• Apply product thinking to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Contribute to and extend our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and craft.
• Reduce ambiguity by asking the right questions, breaking down complex problems, and aligning stakeholders.
• Create and present design solutions with clear rationale, backed by research, data, or design principles.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation quality.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design systems, complex flows, and high-quality UI.
• Proven ability to simplify complexity and bring clarity to ambiguous product challenges.
• Fluency in design tools (e.g. Figma) and experience working with component-based systems.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Strong communication skills — able to articulate design decisions and facilitate alignment.
• Comfortable collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B/B2C products.
• Familiarity with AI-powered products or data-driven design.
• Research skills (usability testing, interviewing, analyzing user behavior).
• Motion/interaction prototyping.
