Strong expertise in agile frameworks and a focus on continuous improvement are essential.Responsibilities:Coaches the team to improve collaboration and self-organizationCoach team on Agile practices and encourage adaptation and iteration and an environment that fosters AgileCollaborate across teams in IT and the business as required to remove impediments and deliver on time for all SprintsCoach team members to properly define User Stories, while assisting the Product Owner to continually keep a sufficient set of stories defined and estimatedHighlight team success within and outside the teamFacilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews/demos, retrospectives, and release planning meetings for 2-3 product teamsTrack and communicate team commitments, velocity and sprint/release progressRemove or escalate team impediments that jeopardize sprint goalsIdentify, suggest and collaborate with development and product owner on measurable improvements for the team(s)Coach, train and support other scrum masters within the organizationQualifications:Experience in an Agile environment a plusAt least 3 years of experience as a Scrum MasterExperience as part of an agile teamAbility to establish a data-driven culture and a repeatable, structured and disciplined approach to the agile processAbility to manage the dependencies between team capacity, prioritization, budget, software quality and committed deadlinesStrong knowledge and certification in Agile methodology and framework
