*اهداف اصلی:

• برنامه ریزی و اجرای چرخه مدیریت عملکرد شامل تنظیم اهداف، پایش، بازخورد و مرور عملکرد
• پشتیبانی مدیران واحدها در تعریف شاخص های عملکرد و توانمند سازی آن ها برای گفت و گوی اثربخش با کارکنان و ارائه بازخورد مناسب
• تدوین و پایش مستمر OKR و KPI های سازمانی، واحدی، فردی
• استخراج و تحلیل نتایج ارزیابی ها و تهیه گزارش‌های مدیریتی
• طراحی و اجرای برنامه توسعه فردی کارکنان (IDP)
• اجرای فرایند آموزش کارکنان از نیازسنجی تا ارزیابی اثربخشی و بهبود
• آشنا با فرایند تجزیه تحلیل شغل

We are looking for a colleague for the development and training team to play a key role in designing and implementing sales strategies and market analysis and identifying new opportunities.

*Main objectives:

• Planning and implementing the performance management cycle including setting goals, monitoring, feedback and performance review
• Supporting unit managers in defining performance indicators and empowering them to have effective conversations with employees and provide appropriate feedback
• Continuous compilation and monitoring Organizational, unit, and individual OKRs and KPIs
• Extracting and analyzing the results of evaluations and preparing management reports
• Designing and implementing the individual employee development program (IDP)
• Implementing the employee training process from needs assessment to evaluating effectiveness and improvement
• Familiar with the job analysis process

*Qualifications and Requirements:

• High skill in office software
• Problem solving and result orientation
• Constructive communication and Effective
• Work experience in the field of e-commerce is considered an advantage
