به دنبال یک کارشناس خلاق و توانمند در حوزه طرح و برنامه هستیم که بتواند با تحلیل دقیق داده‌ها و اطلاعات سازمان، استراتژی‌ها و برنامه‌های کلان و میان‌مدت را تدوین و پیاده‌سازی کند.
شرایط همکاری:

مسئولیت‌ها:
- تحلیل وضعیت موجود سازمان و شناسایی نیازهای استراتژیک.
- تدوین و طراحی برنامه‌های کلان، میان‌مدت و بلندمدت برای دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی.
- ارائه پیشنهادات بهبود فرآیندها و سیاست‌ها بر اساس تحلیل داده‌ها و گزارش‌ها.
- همکاری با سایر بخش‌ها برای هماهنگی و همسوسازی برنامه‌ها.
- نظارت بر اجرای برنامه‌ها و تهیه گزارش‌های پیشرفت.
- شناسایی نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای سازمان (SWOT Analysis).
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی یا بالاتر در مدیریت، مهندسی صنایع، برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
- آشنایی با اصول برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک و تدوین طرح‌های عملیاتی.
- توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و تهیه گزارش‌های مدیریتی.
- مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط (مانند Excel ،PowerPoint و نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت پروژه).
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی و توانایی ارائه ایده‌ها و پیشنهادات به مدیران.
- تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه طرح و برنامه (ترجیحاً دو سال به بالا).
