Business Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

• Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the company's performance and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.

• Generating reports and dashboards to present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

• Identifying new market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion or diversification.

• Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities, benchmarking Yektanet's performance against industry standards.

• Providing strategic recommendations based on market insights to support product development, marketing campaigns, and business growth strategies.

• Supporting the development of short-term and long-term business strategies in alignment with Yektanet's goals and objectives.

• Collaborating with senior management to identify strategic priorities and initiatives, contributing to the company's overall growth and profitability.

• Participate in the development and monitoring of the business roadmap and operational plan.

• Collaborate with other teams to align and improve productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology/System, Business or other related fields .

• Masters or MBA in related areas is an advantage.

• At least two years of hands-on experience in data/business analysis. 

• Experience of  building analytics and insights solutions.

• Data analysis and logical reasoning skills.

• A good level of mathematical and statistical knowledge.

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques.

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is highly desirable.

• Problem-solving skills with creative solutions to operational and strategic challenges.
