- اجرای تنظیم کار در واحد تحت نظارت بر اساس سیاست ها و دستورالعمل های تعیین شده.
- برنامه ریزی ، هماهنگی و کنترل فرآیندهای تولید. نظارت بر اقدامات و عملیات مربوط به بسته بندی و جمع آوری محصولات و تحویل آنها به انبار مربوطه.
- هماهنگی و همکاری با واحدهای داخلی شرکت برای پیشبرد امور و تعیین اهداف. گزارش های تحلیلی مورد نیاز در زمینه امور تولید

- Executing regulation of work in the unit under supervision based on the policies and guidelines determined.
- Planning, coordination, and control of production processes.
- Making decisions and making the necessary arrangements for the full implementation of the prepared plans.
- Monitoring the request and consumption of raw materials in production units.
- Applying the necessary controls in order to ensure compliance with the established production standards in the production of products.
- Supervising actions and operations related to packing and collecting products and delivering them to the relevant warehouse.
- Coordinating and cooperating with the internal units of the company to advance the affairs and set goals.
- Making the necessary arrangements with the repair unit in order to minimize the downtime of the devices.
- Participating in managers’ meetings to make the necessary decisions to improve the quality and quantity of production.
- Preparing statistics and analytical reports needed in the field of production affairs.
- Handling personnel affairs of supervised employees
