Collect, clean, validate, and analyze business data from various internal and external sources.Build, update, and maintain live dashboards in Metabase using SQL queries and Google Sheets.Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making and business planning.Support the development of business cases, forecasting, and performance evaluation models.Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to highlight opportunities for improvement.Document business requirements and collaborate with Branch teams to enhance processes and KPIs.Perform ad-hoc analyses to support ongoing operational and strategic initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint).Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction, analysis, and dashboard creation.Familiarity with data analytics concepts, KPIs, and process improvement methodologies.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
