UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer who can translate business needs and user behaviors into intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences. Job Responsibilities
-  Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences for digital products.
-  Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
-  Create, maintain, and improve design guidelines and scalable design systems.
-  Conduct usability testing and optimize solutions based on user feedback.
-  Perform user research and analyze insights to inform UX improvements.

Technical Requirements
-  Strong understanding of Data-Driven Design and Human-Centered Design principles.
-  Ability to create interactive prototypes and validate them through user testing.
-  Experience designing for multiple devices (web, mobile, tablet) with a focus on responsive and mobile-first approaches.
-  Ability to conduct user research, analyze behavioral data, and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
-  Full familiarity with Design Thinking and Double Diamond methodologies for problem solving.
-  Strong presentation skills for communicating design concepts to technical teams, product managers, and stakeholders.
-  Awareness of modern design trends and emerging technologies.
*  Familiarity with HTML/CSS principles is considered a plus.
