As a Product Data Analyst on the Product Team, you will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to generate insights, validate hypotheses, and shape the future of our product roadmap through data.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to define and track product success metrics (KPIs).
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that inform product performance.
- Analyze user behavior and product usage data to uncover trends, friction points, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to answer key product questions and support prioritization decisions.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations that guide product strategy and experimentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tracking tools
- Support A/B testing processes: from design and tracking to evaluation and interpretation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a product or growth-focused role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI/data visualization tools such as Power BI, or Metabase.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into product narratives.
- Familiarity with product metrics such as retention, activation, conversion, and engagement.
