شرح موقعیت شغلی

در این جایگاه شما طبق استراتژی‌ها و چارچوب‌های تعیین‌شده از سوی مدیر مارکتینگ، برنامه محتوایی شبکه‌های اجتماعی را تدوین و اجرا می‌کنید. وظیفه‌ی شما تحلیل عملکرد، ارائه گزارش، و اجرای تغییرات و بهبودها بر اساس بازخورد تیم مدیریت است.


وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها

اجرای برنامه‌ها و استراتژی‌های سوشال مدیا بر اساس دستورالعمل‌ها
مدیریت روزانه صفحات رسمی مؤسسه در اینستاگرام و سایر پلتفرم‌ها
طراحی تقویم محتوایی ماهانه (پست، ریلز، استوری، کپشن و...) طبق مسیر استراتژیک برند
همکاری با تیم طراحی، تولید محتوا و تبلیغات برای خلق خروجی‌های منسجم
رصد بازار و رقبا و پیشنهاد ایده‌های بهبود عملکرد و افزایش نرخ تعامل
اجرای تغییرات محتوایی و بصری بر اساس بازخورد و تصمیم‌ مدیر تیم
ارائه گزارش‌های منظم از رشد، تعامل و اثربخشی کمپین‌ها

مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌ها

3 تا 4 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در مدیریت شبکه‌های اجتماعی
تسلط بر اینستاگرام مارکتینگ و تحلیل داده‌ها
آشنایی با پلتفرم‌های داخلی (روبیکا، بله، ایتا و...)
توانایی تولید کپشن‌های حرفه‌ای و متناسب با لحن برند
مهارت کار با Canva یا Photoshop و هوش مصنوعی
خلاقیت، دقت بالا، روحیه تیمی و پذیرش بازخورد

Job Description

In this position, you develop and implement the content program of social networks according to the strategies and frameworks determined by the marketing manager. Your task is to analyze performance, present reports, and implement changes and improvements based on feedback from the management team.


Duties and Responsibilities

Implementation of social media plans and strategies based on instructions
Daily management of the institution's official pages on Instagram and other platforms
Designing a monthly content calendar (posts, rails, stories, captions, etc.) according to the brand's strategic direction
Cooperation With the design, content and advertising team to create coherent outputs
Monitoring the market and competitors and proposing ideas to improve performance and increase the engagement rate
Executing content and visual changes based on the feedback and decision of the team manager
Providing regular reports on the growth, engagement and effectiveness of campaigns

Skills and abilities

3 to 4 years of related work experience in social media management
Mastering Instagram Marketing and Data analysis
Familiarity with internal platforms (Rubika, Yes, Ita, etc.)
Ability to produce professional captions in line with brand tone
Skills to work with Canva or Photoshop and artificial intelligence
Creativity, high accuracy, team spirit and acceptance of feedback

Saturday to Wednesday | 8 to 17:30
