Job Description:
We seek an experienced and dedicated Senior Social Media Administrator to manage and engage with audiences across three brands on Telegram and Instagram and other social channels. This role involves social listening, responding to direct messages (DMs) and comments, and interacting with related pages, and also gathering data to prepare appropriate reports.
all while representing the brands professionally and fostering compelling user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to direct messages (DMs) and comments on Instagram and Telegram and other social media channels.
- Conduct social listening and monitor competitor activities as well as industry trends.
- Engage intelligently with users to boost social media interaction (engagement).
- Provide prompt, professional responses to audience inquiries and feedback, adapting tone to match each brand’s voice.
- Collaborate with the content team when follow-ups on specific topics are required.
- Deliver regular reports on user interactions, feedback, and critical issues to the management team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in social media management (particularly Instagram and Telegram).
- Proficiency in page management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Telegram Admin Tools, etc.).
- Excellent communication and writing skills for audience engagement.
- Experience in social listening and user behavior analysis.
- Highly responsible, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
- Familiarity with digital trends and the ability to engage creatively.
