طراحی، اجرا و بهینه‌سازی کمپین‌های دیجیتال (Google Ads، Social media و Ad Networks داخلی)
تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه‌ گزارش‌های ROI و CPA
همکاری با تیم‌های محتوا و برند برای اجرای مؤثر کمپین‌ها
انجام A/B تست، مدیریت بودجه تبلیغاتی و پایش عملکرد کانال‌ها
آشنا به مدیریت و تحلیل شبکه‌های اجتماعی

شرایط احراز:

تسلط به Google Tag Manager، Google Analytics (GA4)، Looker Studio و Hotjar
آشنایی با پلتفرم‌های تبلیغات دیجیتال ایرانی و Ad Network‌
توانایی تحلیل و تفسیر داده‌های کمپین‌ها و KPIها
درک مفاهیم SEO، Funnel و Attribution
دارای حداقل 2 سال سابقه کاری مرتبط
دارای مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی و بالاتر، ترجیحا رشته های مرتبط با مدیریت کسب و کار

What we expect from the person we will have the honor of working with in this job is summarized in the following main axes:

Design, implementation and optimization of digital campaigns (Google Ads, Social media and internal Ad Networks)
Data analysis and presentation of ROI and CPA reports
Collaboration with content and brand teams for effective campaign implementation
Perform A/B testing, manage advertising budgets and monitor channel performance
Familiar with social media management and analysis
Requirements:

Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio and Hotjar
Familiarity with Iranian digital advertising platforms and Ad Network
Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data and KPIs
Understanding SEO, Funnel and Attribution concepts
Minimum 2 years of related work experience
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably fields related to business management
