We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Software QA Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. Responsibilities:
- Design and execute manual and analytical tests for communication platforms and internal applications.
- Prepare and implement test scenarios based on technical and business requirements.
- Identify and report bugs and errors to the development team and follow up on their resolution.
- Collaborate directly with development, product, and design teams to enhance user experience and system performance.
- Prepare analytical reports on testing status and product quality.
- Ensure products meet technical, security, and business standards.
- Verify that the implemented product aligns with designs created in Figma.
- Test WordPress plugins and related services.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on both technical accuracy and user experience.
- Basic understanding of software testing processes (Functional, Usability, Regression, Performance, etc.).
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and convert them into practical test cases.
- Experience working in Agile teams with effective stakeholder communication.
- Basic knowledge of testing web and mobile-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with manual software testing — preferably in communication or messaging platforms — is a plus.
