Responsibilities:
B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract corporate clients including companies, institutions, and startups
- Develop strategic sales and marketing plans focused on market expansion, client retention, and penetration into key industry sectors
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as seminars, webinars, and business-specific gatherings
- Identify B2B personas and craft tailored marketing messages aligned with their needs, challenges, and goals
- Collaborate closely with the business team to align go-to-market strategies and brand communication for corporate clients
- Create B2B-focused marketing content such as brochures, sales presentations, email campaigns, blog articles, advertorials, and LinkedIn content
- Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and optimize marketing initiatives
Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Identify and nurture qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities through proactive communication and relationship building
- Prepare and present customized proposals, sales offers, and business contracts to secure key corporate accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and implement upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Work with internal teams to ensure proper onboarding and successful delivery of products/services post-contract
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from initial contact to successful product/service implementation
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing and sales initiatives based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze data and deliver regular reports with actionable insights to improve ongoing and future campaigns
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client communications efficiently
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing and/or sales
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing principles, sales funnels, buying journeys, and organizational decision-making processes
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and the ability to plan and run B2B campaigns (e.g., email marketing, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent content writing and messaging skills tailored to corporate audiences
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working with dashboards and performance tracking tools is a plus
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across product, sales, support, and marketing teams
