We are looking for a skilled and experienced WordPress Administrator to manage and maintain our WordPress websites efficiently. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring smooth operation, content management, plugin and theme updates, and basic troubleshooting without requiring advanced development skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of WordPress websites, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Update and manage content, including adding pages, blog posts, and images.
- Maintain WooCommerce stores, including product uploads, category management, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Plugin and Theme Management:
- Install, update, and configure WordPress plugins and themes.
- Identify and resolve compatibility issues between plugins and themes.
- Regularly audit plugins to remove unnecessary ones and enhance website speed.
- Security and Backups:
- Implement and maintain website security measures to prevent vulnerabilities.
- Regularly back up websites and ensure recovery protocols are in place.
- Campaign Management:
- Create and manage responsive landing pages for campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the website aligns with campaign goals.
- Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and fix common WordPress errors and issues.
- Work with hosting providers to resolve server or email-related problems.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in WordPress dashboard and admin panel.
- Strong experience with WooCommerce for e-commerce site management.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for minor edits.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Experience with hosting platforms such as Cpanel or DirectAdmin.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools.
- Experience with elementor page builder
Soft Skills:
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple websites simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teams.
- High level of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools or techniques when needed.
- Experience working with Shopify is a big plus
