شرح موقعیت شغلی:
ما به دنبال همکاری با یک کارشناس فروش حرفه‌ای خانم هستیم که توانایی معرفی، مذاکره و فروش واحدهای اداری و تجاری داشته باشد و در جلسات با مشتریان، با اعتماد به نفس و آگاهی کامل از پروژه‌ها، عملکردی موثر و نتیجه‌گرا ارائه دهد.
وظایف اصلی:
- ارائه مشاوره تخصصی به مشتریان در خصوص پروژه‌های تجاری و اداری.
- پیگیری موثر مشتریان تا مرحله نهایی فروش.
- شناخت بازار املاک تجاری و تحلیل نیاز مشتری.
- تهیه گزارش‌های فروش و همکاری نزدیک با واحد بازاریابی.
شرایط احراز:
- تسلط کامل به اصول مذاکره، متقاعدسازی و فروش حرفه‌ای.
- جنسیت مد نظر: خانم (الزامی).
- حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار مؤثر در فروش پروژه‌های ساختمانی، اداری یا تجاری.
- تسلط کامل به فن بیان، مذاکره و اصول ارتباط با مشتری.
- ظاهر آراسته، روابط عمومی بالا و روحیه کاری حرفه‌ای.
- توانایی کار تیمی، مسئولیت‌پذیر و پیگیر تا زمان عقد قرارداد.
- آشنایی با ابزارهای CRM و گزارش‌گیری فروش مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
