Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to strengthen our Operations Finance team. This role plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing high-impact insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
This position is designed for a sharp, high-potential individual contributor who demonstrates strong ownership, analytical depth, and the ability to challenge assumptions—without direct people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and actively contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and periodic reforecasts
- Perform in-depth financial and operational analysis to support business decisions
- Analyze, validate, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for senior management and key stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking studies, and financial performance assessments
- Develop clear, structured, and insightful presentation materials
- Identify improvement opportunities in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Act as a trusted finance partner to operations teams by translating data into actionable insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial planning, or related roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (financial modeling & executive-level presentations)
- Strong ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity
