Tejaratkaran Sepanta, a company established in 2007 in the Consumer Goods - FMCG industry, is looking for a Junior Professional Sales Engineer in Tehran. The Sales Engineer will support the growth of the company by developing effective sales strategies and providing technical support to potential and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Identify and qualify sales leads through market research and networking
- Provide technical presentations and support to customers to explain product features and benefits
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products
- Provide feedback to the product development team to improve offerings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and present technical product information
- Proven problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to build customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Fluency in English and Persian
